Heather is the Global Head of Data Science, Analytics & Visualisation at Specsavers managing a team of data scientists and analysts, and advising on best practise as well as Specsavers’ global data science strategy.

We had a great chat, going through Heather's career & education, from her thoughts on the PhD experience, to working for start-ups, a massive cruise company, a small sports retailer and now a global opticians!
