#39 Kaylea Haynes

Kaylea is a talented, Manchester based (but importantly, Scottish) Data Scientist.

Having spent time working with Peak in Manchester as one of their early Data Scientists and recently moving to Residently, a start-up trying to disrupt the renting market, she has some really interesting experience.

We delve into her academic background, working for start-ups and the weird situation of starting a role mid-Covid!

As always, we're brought to you by the wonderful people at Cathcart Associates.

Hey! I'm Liam.

Football fanatic, tech recruiter by day and apparently now a podcaster?

I work for Cathcart Associates, an independent tech recruitment company in Edinburgh and have been organising two data events, MancML & ScotML for a number of years.

So why a podcast? Because I like listening to Joe Rogan - and thought could I do a podcast for 'work'? Turns out I can ...!

Hope you enjoy - any comments, please do get in touch - but only if you're being nice.
